These are Chris Butler's own words, a small sample from 916 transcribed recordings and 3,335 pages of his conversations about Tulsi Gabbard's political career. He dictated her language, controlled her positions, berated her, and ran her congressional operation. She later became Director of National Intelligence, handling the most top-secret, classified documents in our nation.
